Arriving Early

To relax and enjoy the full benefit of your treatments, we suggest you arrive 15 minutes early for spa packages. In the event that you arrive late, we may have to reschedule or shorten your treatment time in order to not to delay or inconvenience clients following you.

Cancellation Policy

To allow sufficient opportunity to accommodate other appointments, we require 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to bookings for:

  • Spa Packages or services requiring 2 hours or more.
  • Group packages of 2 or more people
  • All other services require 24 hours’ notice.

We reserve the right to charge a fee equal to 50% of the cost of service and may request a credit card number or deposit to reserve future appointments.


We recommend that you reschedule your next appointment prior to leaving Gina’s in order to ensure preferred appointment times. As a guideline, spa packages should be booked a two weeks in advance or weekdays and three to four weeks for Saturday.

For Your Comfort

During all body treatments, you are draped to protect your privacy. You may use your own undergarments, or choose disposables that are always provided for body treatments.

Special Needs

Gina’s Spa is equipped with a side ramp entrance to accommodate wheelchair access. Please inform our receptionist of your needs when booking your appointment.

Gift Cards

To treat someone to a Gina’s experience, elegantly packaged and beautifully presented gift cards can be purchased.

Group Services

Our large facility and multiple workstations makes Gina’s a favorite spa for accommodating groups such as friends, family, corporate and wedding parties. Call for details and we would be happy to help you with the arrangements. Deposit required for large group bookings


A credit card number will be required to reserve a Spa Package at time of booking. If you have a Gift certificate, please inform us when scheduling your appointment.


Please feel free to reward your therapist for a job well done. Gratuities may be left at the spa reception desk in an envelope provided.
